Phase 1 Projects (planning and bidding, fall 2026)

• Fencing and campus safety at Neil Cummins Elementary, Hall Middle School, and The Cove School
• Roofing
• HVAC updates
• Flooring and paving
• Lighting
• Clocks and bells
• Cameras and access control
• New athletic field turf at Hall Middle School

The District's goal is to complete the fencing and the Hall turf in summer 2027.
